    This is a sketch looking north on Eleventh Street from M Street. University Hall is in the distance at the end of Eleventh Street. The Capital Hotel is also in the distance on the west (left) side of Eleventh Street and the Richards Block is midway down Eleventh on the east (right) side. The Ledwith Block on Block 35 is further down past the Capital Hotel on the west side of Eleventh Street.
